Zotlo is a technology provider that handles billing and subscription management for digital platforms and mobile apps. If you see “Zotlo” on your bank statement, it means you made a purchase or subscribed to a service that uses Zotlo to process payments. Zotlo is not the service you subscribed to. To find the service associated with your payment and view your subscription details, simply log in at account.zotlo.com.

You can easily manage and cancel your subscription billed through Zotlo. Simply log in to account.zotlo.com to access your subscription details and cancel your subscription. If you don't remember the email address or phone number you used when purchasing your subscription, you can find your payment record here: Find my payment

If you would like to request a refund for a service or subscription you purchased, you can contact us by filling out the form in the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page. Your refund request will be reviewed, and we will get back to you accordingly.

No. Cancelling your subscription prevents it from automatically renewing for the next billing period. Previous payments are not automatically refunded. If you would like to request a refund for a previous payment, you need to submit a separate refund request, regardless of whether you have cancelled your subscription. To request a refund, please contact us through the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page.

If you don't remember your account details, you can use the "I don’t remember my account details" option at the top of the page and enter your payment information to access your account. If no matching payment is found or you used a different payment method, you can contact us through the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page and provide your payment receipt, bank statement, or transaction ID.
